Model Shoot

Recently, I just had my baby model shoot again. This time.... much better. Here are some pictures.

She is seriously getting better at posing for the camera.

The is one pose that she did herself...... Cute huh!!

Hmmmm....... she just climb on the sofa... and ask me to snap. I was about to leave at that time...

Night Sparkle.....

Yesterday was Moon Cake festival!! Yeah!! Here are some pictures I took of the sparkles. For all these pictures, my preferred ISO is ISO800 and exposure from +0.3 to +0.7.

Crazy ISO

Today while reading the manual...... and the internet..... I found out my camera has up to ISO3200. So i tried playing around with the ISO. Here are a few pictures in ISO 3200 and ISO 800. ISO 3200 makes even more noise...... seriously need a tripod for that, if you have shaky hands like me. LoL. Noise kinda high. The effects were more drastic with only the dim ligh and no tripod. ISO 3200 is no good with shaky hands and totally dim light, noise goes amazingly high. With ISO 3200, even night becomes morning!! LOL. Look behind the bottles, the window. Actually its 11.23pm at night.

Lighting : 1 dim warm light bulb and 1 florescent (the room was really dark, hope you can imagine)
ISO : 800 & 3200
Exp : 0.7
Flash : N/A

PS : I don't drink, my parents also don't drink. Nobody drinks... just for collection.... my dad's

Little things that count

A church member along with his family recently moved to Tebong (about 2 hrs from town) where they lived in an estate. A group of us went for his welcome house celebration and he gave us a lil tour around the estate. There were dragon fruit plantation, herbal tea and other plantation. Here are some flower shots.

This is a "buah noni"

Unusual flowers to common flowers. Now is where the real fun began.. =) They created a "Twister Turn" (as below).. a plank of wood with some rope, not forgetting a good, solid tree. haha These kids didn't need a roller coaster or a DNA mixer... just a simple thing like this to keep the kids occupied and glad

Like our grandparents' time... where things made out of scrap were TOYS!! those were the days... haha

Melaka Photoshoot

Took Miuchan out for a test in Melaka today. The results are pretty impressive. The day was very hot, very very hot. I was greatly affected by intense sunlight, many pictures got flare in them. I seriously need a filter and a lens hood man!!

Doing crazy stuff, standing in the middle of traffic for 5 seconds taking pictures. But amazingly, the cars stopped and waited. ^^
